Terms of Use Any service presented by Cyprus Education is for people aged 18 and over. Parental or guardian approval is required for any person under this age to create and maintain an account with Cyprus Education.   ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE AND ENTITLEMENT OF AN ACCOUNT IS CONFIRMED ON COMPLETION OF THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. 1) Member Account, Password & Security If any information supplied during the registration process is found to be incorrect and/or false then the right to terminate any agreement made is reserved by CyprusNet.   Once an account has been created and you have received the account password you will become the responsible person for your account information, including the password and any actions undertaken with your account.   An agreement is made upon completion of the registration process to advise CyprusNet of any breach on your accounts security without delay. 2) Member Privacy CyprusNet will respect the privacy of its members and will not edit or divulge any personal information without your prior permission unless CyprusNet believes there is good reason or need to: (a) comply with legal requirements and/or processes; (b) protect the rights and property of CyprusNet; (c) implement the Terms of Use; (d) take actions to protect the interests of its members.   For CyprusNet to provide services, technical support and assistance you agree that CyprusNet has access to your information and account. 3) Member Conduct As a stipulation of the use of services supplied by CyprusNet you consent that you or anyone that uses your account will not use any or part of CyprusNet s services for any purpose that is considered unlawful and/or prohibited.   You agree not to;   a) Send unwanted e-mails that are considered to be junk e-mails whether for commercial or private use such as, but not limited to, chain letters, surveys and contests or to use the service to sell and buy goods or to advertise for commercial use. b) Infringe upon the legal rights of others neither through the use of bad language, harassment and/or threatening behaviour or to circulate any information or material that is believed to be unlawful, indecent, insulting, offensive or obscene. c) Establish a false identity within the network to deceive others to the source of a message or received information or to gather information on other persons without their permission. d) Copy or distribute any information of any kind that can be found within Cyprus Education. e) Send any form of material that may contain viruses, worms, Trojan horses or any other harmful and malicious content. f) Upload or transmit any material that is covered by privacy and property laws or any other form of law unless you own or have specific permission from the owner to do so. g) Try to gain unauthorised access to any section of the service, computer systems or members accounts or to obstruct another person’s enjoyment and use of the services provided through Cyprus Education. h) To interfere or disrupt the services of Cyprus Education or violate any procedures, regulations or policies.   Cyprus Education holds no responsibility to monitor the services provided or to supervise a person’s usage of the services unless there is cause to do so. 4) Third Party Sites Cyprus Education contains various links to third party websites. Cyprus Education takes no responsibility for any content posted on these third party websites or the accuracy of information found there. 5) Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability Cyprus Education may from time to time make changes to the information contained within its portal. Cyprus Education may contain some typographical errors and/or inaccuracies in the information presented.   There is no guarantee given by Cyprus Education to ensure that the services provided will be uninterrupted and error free or that the materials that are available will be accurate, reliable and correct.   CYPRUS EDUCATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED FROM THE USE OF ITS SERVICES OR PERFORMANCE OF ITS SERVICES DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. 6) Termination At any time, Cyprus Education may terminate your access and account with or without any prior notice for any reason that it may believe it necessary to do so. 7) Participation in Promotions of Advertisers For any dealings that you may undertake with any of the advertisers on Cyprus Education, is done so with the understanding that Cyprus Education will not be held accountable for any such dealings. 8) Proprietary Rights to Content All material found within Cyprus Education is protected by trademarks and copyrights or any other proprietary rights and the modification, reproduction, transmission or distribution of any such material is in breach of these rights. 9) Modifications to Terms of Use and Member Policies Notification of any changes made to the Terms of Use will be done by publishing the updated Terms of Use. If you continue to use the service provided by Cyprus Education this will be classified as acceptance of the new changes made. Any company names found within Cyprus Education may be trademarks of that individual owner. 10) General Any use of the service provided by Cyprus Education that does not follow the Terms of Use is unauthorised. This agreement is the complete agreement between you and Cyprus Education and as a result of this agreement you accept that there is no partnership, employment or any other form of relationship between you and Cyprus Education.   All digital documents are available in printed format upon request.   If for any reason and as a result from the use of the service you agree that any cause of action is to begin within one (1) year of when the cause of action occurred.   All titles found within this document are for your ease of use and hold no legal significance.
